Teas Please!

Hi Everyone!

One of my resolutions for 2015 was to make some positive changes to my health, I wont lie and say that I am a slim sally (... I dont know where that came from) I'm actually quite pudgy, which is fine, I'm comfortable in my own skin, however, I suffer from several ailments which means that the extra chubbyness does not help.

So to remedy that, one of the changes I am currently making is to drink more herbal tea!


As you can see we don't have much of a selection, truth be told it's my brother who drinks the green teas in our house, however I'm jumping on the bandwagon to try and drink more of it because at the minute I am drinking far, far too much fizzy drinks (I mean I practically drink a 2L bottle of coke per day)

yikes! I know.

The reason being is that I'm not much of a fan of tea or coffee so the fizzy juices are my way of getting a bit of a caffeine buzz.

Not the most healthy of lifestyles I know

So here's to more tea!

Also if anyone has any tips of spicing up the teas (I find them to be a little bit bland, probably due to my excessive sugar intake) or perhaps any flavours to recommend I would love to hear from you!
