Hi everyone, as I mentioned in a previous post I am trying to be healthier this year by cutting down on the fizzy drinks and sugary treats, so far I haven't had a single drop of coke since new years eve (I am very, VERY pleased with this) and I'm doing alright with the treats as well.
At the moment we only have two types of tea Green tea and Peppermint tea, I have been looving the peppermint tea so much, it has such a nice minty flavour (obviously) and leaves your breath smelling nice and fresh which is quite nice =)
The Green tea on the other hand... I'm not loving so much, I know it is probably the best (health wise) tea for you to take but I am not enjoying the flavour of it at all, I'm finding it very hard to swallow down and it leaves such a nasty aftertaste in your mouth! =(
To try and help improve the taste I thought of adding a teaspoon of honey into the tea, whilst it did help a little bit I still was feeling very 'meh' about the whole thing (maybe two spoons are needed)
If anyone has any tea flavour.. enhancement.. booster.. tips or ideas feel free to share!
As you can tell I'm a fan of twinings, I love their peppermint tea (as mentioned) and I am eager to try some more flavours so if anyone has any reccomendations or favouite flavours feel free to share them!
