I've discovered something interesting over the past few weeks.
I am a person who does well under scheduled plans and structure, without certain stabilities it can feel as though I'm 'floating' adrift with no real purpose or goals and thus loose a lot of motivation to take part in the most simple things.
So in light of that, I'm going to try and do a 'goal list' of things to do for the week, different random things that I like, that will be good for feeling good about yourself and hopefully make you happy =)
1. Each day, go for an allocated 30 minute walk. Park, Shops or basically anywhere that has a nice view. (this will also benefit anyone who like me, suffers from chronic leg pains and needs to strengthen their muscles)
2. Have a bath. And not just any bath, have a bath with so many bubbles that you feel like you're floating on a scented cloud <3.
List is short for now but should continue to grow
